Lim Guan Eng:State government will hold open tenders

Lim Guan Eng:Penang government will look into restoring local government elections and will hold open tenders for all procurement and contracts.

Penang CM Lim Guan Eng:MPPP and MPSP to waive all summons involving hawker licenses and parking offenses issued before March 11.
