Penang CM Lim Guan Eng has called for immediate review of cases decided by former CJs Tun Eusoff Chin and Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim.

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says he is willing to be investigated and taken to court over the Royal Commission of Inquiry Report’s recommendation.

EC Chairman Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman said that the Cabinet did not approve indelible ink for March 8 polls but he was told to take responsibility.

PM says the decision to scrap the use of indelible ink for the March 8 polls was the Cabinet’s suggestion to the EC and not a directive.

The indelible ink costs million. It has been ordered but not being used meaning it is a waste of money.

The Government has not revoked Hindraf chairman P. Waythamoorthy’s passport as he has reportedly claimed, says Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar.
