MACC suspends 3 officers who drove Teoh Beng Hock to suicide
PUTRAJAYA: The three Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers said to have driven Teoh Beng Hock to commit suicide have been suspended from their duties.
"Pending the outcome of investigation, all three relevant officers have been suspended or excluded from all investigation operation tasks," said MACC said in a statement Saturday following the release on Thursday of the report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock.
The three named in the report are Negri Sembilan MACC director Hishamuddin Hashim, who was the Selangor MACC deputy director during the incident, and two of his enforcement officers Mohd Anuar Ismail and Mohd Ashraf Mohd Yunus who were involved in interrogating Teoh.
The commission found that Teoh had been driven to commit suicide by “aggressive, relentless, oppressive and unscrupulous” interrogation by the three MACC officers.
The commission said that the “unlawful and intimidatory tactics” used "would have had grave consequences upon Teoh's mind and would have been a culminating factor that drove him to suicide.”
MACC has formed a special investigation team led by MACC deputy chief commissioner Zakaria Jaffar (management and professionalism) to carry out an internal probe on the allegations made by the report against the three.

KUALA LUMPUR: Love knows no bounds for 82-year-old Ting Ah Moi, who has vowed not to give up on finding her missing 67-year-old boyfriend, despite not hearing from him for the past six months.
An emotional Ting even said she wanted to commit suicide if she could not locate temple priest Khong Chee Fook.
Ting: ‘I will continue calling him every day. I will buy a mobile phone somehow and call him’.
“I will not give up and I am willing to die for him. I am very much in love. I love him from head to toe,” said Ting, who has about 10 grandchildren, when met at the MCA Public Services and Complaints Department here yesterday.
Her touching story was recently highlighted in the media after she met department head Datuk Michael Chong in an attempt to locate Khong, who is married with children.
It was reported that she first met Khong at the temple where he worked two years ago.
She said both of them used to eat together at a vegetarian restaurant near the temple here before he disappeared six months ago.
However, there has yet to be good news for Ting, whose numerous calls to Khong have gone unanswered.
“I just want to see him and ask him why he disappeared. I am worried for his safety,” she said, adding that she believed fate had brought them together.
“I tried to look for him three times at his house in Batu Caves but the residents in the house denied that they were Khong’s family members and chased me away,” said Ting.
Ting is however unperturbed and said: “I will continue calling him every day. Even if I have nothing left to eat, I will buy a mobile phone somehow and call him.”
Asked whether she felt it was wrong for her to be involved with a married man, she said: “I never bothered his family.”
Ting, whose husband died 30 years ago, described Khong as a kind man with an honourable character.
“I don’t know why he disappeared. We did not argue when I last saw him,” she said.
“My friends would scold me for sacrificing so much for him,” Ting added.
Chong said his department had yet to receive any information on Khong’s whereabouts and would continue to help Ting locate her boyfriend.

During this period, illegal foreign workers and their employers will be spared legal prosecution if they participate in the drive.
Announcing this, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin described the 6P programme as a “total package solution”.
“The Government has embarked on this amnesty initiative so that we will have the latest and updated list on foreign workers in the country,” he said, adding that it will also reduce the number of illegal workers.
Speaking to reporters after chairing the Cabinet committee meeting on foreign and illegal workers here yesterday, Muhyiddin said the 6P programme comprises registration, legalisation, amnesty, supervision, enforcement and deportation.
It is the most comprehensive programme ever undertaken to cut down on the number of illegal immigrants.
The exercise is expected to take six months to complete.

不懂历史就别胡说马来西亚茅山教的传承不正？
艾艾请教王琛发老师：
我本身先后学过茅山派和昆仑法，现在又想到龙虎山拜师学道。可是问一位“大师”和他的徒弟替我介绍，他们却说我以前学的传承不纯正，不是道教，不算数；要我先在本地重新拜“大师”，再学几年。他徒弟更给我看白纸黑字，他说“客家人信的茅山教和中国茅山沒有關係”。
听他们这么一说，我后来回想，我在茅山师门，的确学过白莲教祖符咒，看来这和中国道教书上写的“茅山”不同。我现在很困扰。但又不想背叛师门。您说，到底怎么回事？我该如何？
艾艾：
你所轉達的那個“大師”师徒俩的说法，可谓貢高我慢。如果他们真如你所说，我敢说，俩师徒都是沒有好好认真修学，不懂常識。你们茅山弟子，真不应该为了一两个人在报刊上有如此“创见”，就失去自己传承真实的信心。
马来西亚的道教各派，以至法教传承，都是从中国传入。中国人重视传承根据，更强调尊师重道；如果一个人自称自己不需要传承，是靠没有证明的“感应”、靠作梦去梦到，就要当上祖师，恐怕他要在民间活动也不容易。不一定有人相信。官府还可能当他“邪教”查办。而且，在中国历代王朝统治下，道派和法教教门要公开活动，都得在官府王法监视下，要传承谱系不容易，还要捏造道教名山是发源地，更不容易。
而清王朝的道教政策，延续了元、明两朝政策，朝廷對于民間的結社，尤其是宗教體系，顯得頗為顧忌，将天下各山各派道士归由全真、正一两教分管发放度牒事物，以便统管名册记录，本来就是为了管制。因此，自元以后，傳统上交由全真道統管北方道教度牒，由正一道龍虎山張天師統管南方道教度牒，可视为制度演变，不等于因此要说限定拜师要向龙虎山或者指定的人物。
据《清朝续文献通考》，清朝是到道光元年曾长期限制各地方占大多数的清微、灵宝道脉举行授箓，甚至令火居道士“还俗”，“年老不能还俗者，不许招徒”。这时期，除非是反对清政府的异议教派，不理道箓；否则，任何教门如果和发源地的传承记录接续不上，不可能取得合法活动权力的度牒。皇朝监视得紧张的时代，全真道和正一为了自保，也不随便发牒。所以，现在要是有谁说，清代在马来西亚各地传承的茅山、东华山、昆仑等诸派和中国本山毫无渊源，居然可以在当地活动，又从中国传到马来西亚，那不是有没有学术根据的问题，那是没有道门常识。
以我的觀點，“茅山”教，的确應該屬于“茅山道教”。但我承认，“法教”虽然渊源于“茅山道教”，但学法为主的教门，并不等于在“茅山道教”的整个大体系。正如在南洋流行的“金輪法院”在正式场合也自称“武當別院”，只要谱系对得上，武当山当然不能拒绝承认他们的师门渊源就在武當山道教；但“同门”之亲也不代表“金輪法教”等于整個武當道教的大體系。只是，这就认可了他回到大体系的义务，从传承观点，他必须是以武当系统的修道者身份去受箓。同样的，茅山弟子数十代人千辛万苦维持以“茅山”为宗，肯定有历史，凡是曾经“过大教”者也应该以茅山弟子身份受箓，不必另外拜师，乱了伦常。
何况，茅山法教的法本裡提到创教渊源，最早有法教祖师“胡法旺”到江苏句客山學道的记载。“句客山”或者“茅山”都是同一座道教聖山的不同稱法。这两师徒除非有能力證明你們叙述歷代祖师的法本是偽造的，或者他们有本事证明胡祖師到句客山學道也是偽證；否則，你怎能相信他徒弟的文章說“客家人信的茅山教和中国茅山沒有關係。”，不相信自己历代师传？那可是在神前誓言和请祖师的傳承。
那位“大師”說你們的師父不算数，不是道教，甚至他的徒弟說你們“茅山教”和中國茅山沒有關係。我想，那真是个缺乏常识的大大誤會。在清朝道光年代之后，很多地方兴盛出许多教门，自称“茅山”、“东华山”、“闾山”、“六壬”等，而祖师却是明清两代人物，是有原因的。正是由于地方上不能举行受箓，清朝又打击限制道士，各地道人才选择 “教门”传道这条方便出路，深入乡野培养可以从事宗教活动的俗家弟子。各教门的祖山和著名道派的祖山名称相同，而“祖师”名称不同，正是要说明教门有专属的祖师，以第一代教门祖师的名字和祖山的传承接续，以示不忘对祖庭忠孝。这是各教门渊源普遍的自我认知方式，外人不应随意否定。
因此，各种教门稱之為“XX山”含有紀念先人或發源地的意義。即使流傳地點不在茅山，也以此說是名門正派的別支；如此，管理道籍的全真或龍虎山才敢放心为你授籙，不怕朝廷检举。在地方上，也是由于教门弟子到朝廷認可的統管處登記授籙，保證了不受官府騷擾的合法活动。在清代，沒有度牒，是不可能遊走四方傳道。这就是为何各派系可以自行受箓，又必须向龙虎山或全真祖庭申报。
有时，则是一两个道士受过箓，而弟子都以“过教”的名义，就不受当时朝廷的法规约束。
我倒不重视那两师徒说的对不对？但我很重视教门的未来。我希望大家从这个实例学会，尊师重道的基础在于教门众人要重视做学问。中國的道教源流自古講究尊師重道，不能亂了系統。各道門和法教传人，凡是看过自己的傳承法本，不要随便被只会舞文弄墨的外行人夺走话语权，但道门弟子自己也应该多充实学问，可以自我说明。否则，好好的宗教文化传承就会被他人扭曲。
這樣的道門傳統也流傳在馬來西亞。在馬來西亞，很多福建和客家道士既是属于清微或灵宝道派，又是学茅山或闾山法教，在师门受箓后，又申报天师府。若要理解，大可参考一些清代到民國初年的“龍虎山正一道” 籙牒。其中有的度牒，是会說明其道派或教门，或者同时说明两者。各自系统版本的箓牒，虽说同样是按《天壇玉格》的规则，所授的仙官却是各道派各自的称法。
更具體的例子，是本地流傳的“東華山教”。他們的立碑，人名中央都有个“法”字，并不是巧合，而是客家地区茅山、六壬、金英、东华山等法教传承的共同傳統。各山法教弟子也有本身祖山道脉的的天命神授傳说。以东华山教法来说，它自稱是“開枝南洋”的“東華山——石叻同德宮——海雲派下”。原文没有标点，但这段中文的断句法则倒是佛、道教共有的惯例，分支的寺院会自称是“XX山XX寺XX派下”，这是即使在日本也有寺院延续的惯例。此道門在碑文上說明“天上显迹东华山”，是以传自天上的道脉跡現東華山的神聖性，成全碑文進一步說的“在石叻開演海雲派，地下显迹南道岩”。这“显迹”和“开演”是客家语，其“显迹”和“开演”道脉传承的三处地方，说明海云派在南洋开派有祖山根源，包括在“地下显迹”的“南道岩”（山底石岩）都不是虚的，就说明道派是有传承的历史沿革。也因此，其開創人鍾善坤方能以“海云派”身份回到中国，又取得惠州羅浮山冲虚观发的全真教龙门派的度牒。要知道，一直到民国，冲虚观的发牒样板，内容也是要以“接续宗支”为条件，不能“不知宗派，假装名山道人”。如果钟道长沒有度牒，“东华山”的地点也子虚乌有，恐怕不易取得大众信心，他在中國行走及傳教活動，就可能会被目为民间兴起“邪教”。所以要冲虚观发牒给“海云派”祖师，海云派不可能在没有龙门承认的传承关系之下，靠着空想设立。除非，这是买卖度牒。
再说得更明白，在清代，向着正一道或全真道“认祖归宗”而取得箓牒，也是应付官方取缔“邪教”的护身方法。全真教在清代一直没有全国性的发牒中心，惠州羅浮山冲虚观在清初康熙年代杜阳栋主持之后方才演变成为全真教的宫观，而全真教在罗浮山兴盛后，其面貌正符合一些强调三教合一的民间教派的掩护需要。
说穿了，在新中国成立后，许多属先天道统的“收圆”斋堂在中国和香港归入道教、在南洋归入佛教，也是相似的例子。这也就不难想象一些先天道的说法、做法的痕迹会出现在佛教或道教场所。所以，你学的茅山法会有“白莲祖师”不算是坏事。
我早在2006年5月就在《太湖論道》研讨会上发表文章指出：“尤其是鐘善坤道長，可說是十九世紀建立道觀最多、傳道最力的道士。他是全真教傳承，自認祖脈來自羅浮山沖虛觀，但是對許多道派都相容不斥。他最初在半島境內主持了天師宮，後來發起興建沉香島天公五老觀，觀內奉敬的是閭山鐘萬十三郎之神位，而其宗派天公五老觀“道義堂”之道士靈位，又奉了源自白蓮支派混元教的“南道開山祖師”盧善福牌位。崑崙教的曾必齊，反英失敗後，亦終老於海雲派總山龍頭岩。相對的，盧善福開山的檳城天有宮自在觀的洪鈞老祖廟，除奉有“西方東士歷代宗師”牌位，靈位行列中，亦有鐘善坤之靈位。由此即可見盧善福雖然擁有的南道開山祖師之地位，並不否定其派系奉鐘善坤為祖師之一，這可謂是民間教派與道派在本地交融之佳例。”
由此，你便可知道，教派的交流很重要。如果你明白在同一时代，在永定东华山的道脉经历了乾隆年被指为白莲教而导致其开山祖师黄华音的藏骨被掘毁，又知道同时间的罗浮山白鹤观是金英法教祖庭、罗浮山朝元洞亦是先天道东初祖师这一道脉以道观自我掩护之处，就可以明白，当时的罗浮山全真教为那些被诬为“邪教”的青莲教/白莲教/金英教等传承做了好事，又可能因此掩护了这些反清志士。如果再知道马来西亚曾经有过“道义堂”的交流努力，这一来，为什么在钟道长留下的道场会找到白莲祖师神位？为什么你学的法强调三教？学的符会有白莲祖师的名号？也都是有蛛丝马迹可以继续探寻的。冲虚观发的牒，确定了海云派是东华山宗支的传承，但海云派的内容，不止龙门派。还好，以前的冲虚观道人没说，马来西亚的道士回去拿度牒，一定要放弃其他所学，另外拜他为师，搞他自以为“纯正”的龙门派。要不然，今天的白莲教传承就真的完全失传了。
我觉得，只要教门传承不失主体，其中引进了其他教门的符咒也不是坏事，是各山祖师先贤真诚互相交流传授的结果。所以，你会白莲祖师的符咒，不是不纯，而是多元成果。但是，那个说你的传承不纯不真的，要你重新拜他为师，他的心怀就真的不比前贤了。

更具體的例子，是本地流傳的“東華山教”。他們的立碑，人名中央都有个“法”字，并不是巧合，而是客家地区茅山、六壬、金英、东华山等法教传承的共同傳統。各山法教弟子也有本身祖山道脉的的天命神授傳说。以东华山教法来说，它自稱是“開枝南洋”的“東華山——石叻同德宮——海雲派下”。原文没有标点，但这段中文的断句法则倒是佛、道教共有的惯例，分支的寺院会自称是“XX山XX寺XX派下”，这是即使在日本也有寺院延续的惯例。此道門在碑文上說明“天上显迹东华山”，是以传自天上的道脉跡現東華山的神聖性，成全碑文進一步說的“在石叻開演海雲派，地下显迹南道岩”。这“显迹”和“开演”是客家语，其“显迹”和“开演”道脉传承的三处地方，说明海云派在南洋开派有祖山根源，包括在“地下显迹”的“南道岩”（山底石岩）都不是虚的，就说明道派是有传承的历史沿革。也因此，其開創人鍾善坤方能以“海云派”身份回到中国，又取得惠州羅浮山冲虚观发的全真教龙门派的度牒。要知道，一直到民国，冲虚观的发牒样板，内容也是要以“接续宗支”为条件，不能“不知宗派，假装名山道人”。如果钟道长沒有度牒，“东华山”的地点也子虚乌有，恐怕不易取得大众信心，他在中國行走及傳教活動，就可能会被目为民间兴起“邪教”。所以要冲虚观发牒给“海云派”祖师，海云派不可能在没有龙门承认的传承关系之下，靠着空想设立。除非，这是买卖度牒。
再说得更明白，在清代，向着正一道或全真道“认祖归宗”而取得箓牒，也是应付官方取缔“邪教”的护身方法。全真教在清代一直没有全国性的发牒中心，惠州羅浮山冲虚观在清初康熙年代杜阳栋主持之后方才演变成为全真教的宫观，而全真教在罗浮山兴盛后，其面貌正符合一些强调三教合一的民间教派的掩护需要。
说穿了，在新中国成立后，许多属先天道统的“收圆”斋堂在中国和香港归入道教、在南洋归入佛教，也是相似的例子。这也就不难想象一些先天道的说法、做法的痕迹会出现在佛教或道教场所。所以，你学的茅山法会有“白莲祖师”不算是坏事。
我早在2006年5月就在《太湖論道》研讨会上发表文章指出：“尤其是鐘善坤道長，可說是十九世紀建立道觀最多、傳道最力的道士。他是全真教傳承，自認祖脈來自羅浮山沖虛觀，但是對許多道派都相容不斥。他最初在半島境內主持了天師宮，後來發起興建沉香島天公五老觀，觀內奉敬的是閭山鐘萬十三郎之神位，而其宗派天公五老觀“道義堂”之道士靈位，又奉了源自白蓮支派混元教的“南道開山祖師”盧善福牌位。崑崙教的曾必齊，反英失敗後，亦終老於海雲派總山龍頭岩。相對的，盧善福開山的檳城天有宮自在觀的洪鈞老祖廟，除奉有“西方東士歷代宗師”牌位，靈位行列中，亦有鐘善坤之靈位。由此即可見盧善福雖然擁有的南道開山祖師之地位，並不否定其派系奉鐘善坤為祖師之一，這可謂是民間教派與道派在本地交融之佳例。”
由此，你便可知道，教派的交流很重要。如果你明白在同一时代，在永定东华山的道脉经历了乾隆年被指为白莲教而导致其开山祖师黄华音的藏骨被掘毁，又知道同时间的罗浮山白鹤观是金英法教祖庭、罗浮山朝元洞亦是先天道东初祖师这一道脉以道观自我掩护之处，就可以明白，当时的罗浮山全真教为那些被诬为“邪教”的青莲教/白莲教/金英教等传承做了好事，又可能因此掩护了这些反清志士。如果再知道马来西亚曾经有过“道义堂”的交流努力，这一来，为什么在钟道长留下的道场会找到白莲祖师神位？为什么你学的法强调三教？学的符会有白莲祖师的名号？也都是有蛛丝马迹可以继续探寻的。冲虚观发的牒，确定了海云派是东华山宗支的传承，但海云派的内容，不止龙门派。还好，以前的冲虚观道人没说，马来西亚的道士回去拿度牒，一定要放弃其他所学，另外拜他为师，搞他自以为“纯正”的龙门派。要不然，今天的白莲教传承就真的完全失传了。
我觉得，只要教门传承不失主体，其中引进了其他教门的符咒也不是坏事，是各山祖师先贤真诚互相交流传授的结果。所以，你会白莲祖师的符咒，不是不纯，而是多元成果。但是，那个说你的传承不纯不真的，要你重新拜他为师，他的心怀就真的不比前贤了。

（槟城28日讯）继日新小学、槟华小学、恒毅小学、中华小学、圣心小学、协和小学、菩提小学之后，丽泽三校董事议决，向教育部申办具有华族特色的“丽泽国民型改制中学”。
丽泽社校友会主席拿督杨集东受访时表示，董事会不要求学校一开始，就定位在1000名的大型或2000名的特大型国民型中学。
“重要的是传承丽泽先贤办校理念，让丽泽一如日新、恒毅等小学拥有属于学校的直属国民型中学。”
他表示，结合丽泽三校的学生资源，堪称市区内最大型的小学，加上市区内的各微型小学现有的学生资源和五条路社区学子对国民型中学长期供不应求，被迫到国中升学的情况，绝对是申办国民型中学的基本条件。
其中一所迁往郊区
董事会初步的意愿，就是把丽泽现有的A校、B校和分校的其中一所迁往郊区，把三校的学生资源集合在一所小学，空出的学校可以充作国民型中学用途。“如果学生来源增加，要扩大中学的版图，未来可以向市政局申请让出后面的足球场。”他说，董事会先等待教育部的建校批准后，余下的建校资金相信会水到渠成。

校友会总务陈亚才表示，当初前彭加兰哥打区州议员李学徳提议在五条路建立一所国民型中学，目前先解决申办的问题，细则方面预料会在丽泽庆祝创校88周年庆后再谈。

目前，全马共有78所改制的国民型中学，槟州占了10所即槟城钟灵中学、北海钟灵、日新、槟华、恒毅、中华、协和、柑仔园修道院、菩提和圣心。
他说，或许民众对槟城一个不大的地方就拥有多达10所国民型中学感到讶异，但每年考不上国民型中学的华裔学子却不少，“多了丽泽国民型中学不会带来恶性竞争力，反而因处于市区绝佳的地理环境，可为这一区各华小生及微小带来生机和转机。
他表示，当初为了吸引学生入读微型小学，槟州教育局打出“微小全数直升恒中”的号召，不过，碍于与微小到恒毅中学的路途有一段距离，家长避免缴付学生车费，宁取邻近的国中舍弃恒毅中学，造就微小在多年来收生方面并没有显著的效果。
潘俊明：丽泽三校其中1校改中学 可减市区学生负担
丽泽三校董事主席潘俊明指出，目前丽泽有3间小学，为了减轻市区学生和家长负担，董事部决议向教育局申请，把其中一间小学改成中学。
他表示，槟州有许多的小学都有中学，可让学生直升中学，而现有丽泽共有3校，毕业后学生都必须各分东西。他认为，如果其中一间丽泽小学改成中学，不仅本校生，市区的微小如益华、三民、颍川的学生也可被送入就读。
他说，一般上的小学，学生都介于400人至500人，丽泽三校学生总数有600人，就算其中一间学校改成中学，相信另两间学校的空间仍然足以容纳600名学生。
他是出席丽泽三校教师节联欢宴致词时提及，事后被记者询及时，如是指出。他表示，董事部会尽快向教育局作出申请。

目前，全马共有78所改制的国民型中学，槟州占了10所即槟城钟灵中学、北海钟灵、日新、槟华、恒毅、中华、协和、柑仔园修道院、菩提和圣心。
他说，或许民众对槟城一个不大的地方就拥有多达10所国民型中学感到讶异，但每年考不上国民型中学的华裔学子却不少，“多了丽泽国民型中学不会带来恶性竞争力，反而因处于市区绝佳的地理环境，可为这一区各华小生及微小带来生机和转机。
他表示，当初为了吸引学生入读微型小学，槟州教育局打出“微小全数直升恒中”的号召，不过，碍于与微小到恒毅中学的路途有一段距离，家长避免缴付学生车费，宁取邻近的国中舍弃恒毅中学，造就微小在多年来收生方面并没有显著的效果。
潘俊明：丽泽三校其中1校改中学 可减市区学生负担
丽泽三校董事主席潘俊明指出，目前丽泽有3间小学，为了减轻市区学生和家长负担，董事部决议向教育局申请，把其中一间小学改成中学。
他表示，槟州有许多的小学都有中学，可让学生直升中学，而现有丽泽共有3校，毕业后学生都必须各分东西。他认为，如果其中一间丽泽小学改成中学，不仅本校生，市区的微小如益华、三民、颍川的学生也可被送入就读。
他说，一般上的小学，学生都介于400人至500人，丽泽三校学生总数有600人，就算其中一间学校改成中学，相信另两间学校的空间仍然足以容纳600名学生。
他是出席丽泽三校教师节联欢宴致词时提及，事后被记者询及时，如是指出。他表示，董事部会尽快向教育局作出申请。

在今年初举办的嘉年华义卖会上，三校家协共筹得9万令吉，以作为家协的活动基金。出席者有督学曾福来、董事部副主席拿督温子开、校友会主席拿督杨集东、丽泽A校家协主席孙国华、B校家协主席姜联兴、分校家协主席倪连成、校友会总务陈亚才、B校校长黄碗慧、A校校长勾瑞珠、分校校长罗绍芸。
丽泽已有88年历史
丽泽学校创校至今，已有88年历史。在战前，丽泽学校曾有５间的小学，分别位于畓田仔街、汕头街、霹雳冷、亚依淡和港仔墘。目前，位于槟城五条路的丽泽Ａ校、Ｂ校和分校，三校学生总数有约600人；加上学校靠近海边，附近又有大草场，将来扩展空间并不成问题。
