13 ISA detainees released

5/4 Three foreigners under ISA detention left Kamunting centre in Immigration vehicle, 10 Malaysians expected to be released later today.

5/4 ISA detainees Ganabatirau and Kengadharan of Hindraf released at 1:20pm, to be taken straight to their homes.
