Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin sworn in as Perak MB
Perak PAS secretary Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin was sworn in as Perak Mentri Besar at Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar at 11.45am

Many people are concerned about this swearing-in ceremony because it was cancelled by the Perak Sultan's office last week following some disagreement among DAP,PKR and PAS on the chosen MP and the executive council's composition.
The significant of Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin's sworn-in means the new government can start working for the welfare of the people.
The New Mentri Besar of Perak announced that all compound notices and parking summonses issued up till today by all local councils in Perak are to be waived.
Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin seems to be followed Penang's footstep where the Chief Minister also announced a waiver to all summonses after taking office.
Negri Sembilan state executive council was sworn in today;9 out of 10 are new faces, 8 are from Umno, 1 each from MCA and MIC.
Terms of Negri Sembilan Exco members will be limited to 2 years, non performers will not be given extension, says Mentri Besar Mohamad Hasan.
Selangor government is to review water deal with concessionaires, MB says too lopsided on concessionaire's part. Puncak down 20sen to 2.85 at 2.55 pm.
